Attorneys' Agency Wima - Patent was formed in 1992 by Ms Maria Łukaszyk MSc, a patent attorney with almost 30 years of professional experience.

Due to continuation of family business Agency is managed by European Patent Attorney, Ms Joanna Marek MSc.

The practice of the firm includes representation of domestic and foreign companies in obtaining patent, industrial design and trademark protection in Poland but also at successfully enforcing such rights and defending its clients in courts and before the Polish Patent Office, European Patent Office as well as before OHIM.

The fees for our services are set according to the recommendations set by the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys.
